Various basic as well as prime commodities and some Noche Buena products at discounted prices will be available at the caravan.

“Glutinous and aromatic rice will also be made available at the venue thru the NFA’s accredited rice retailers,” said a DTI Provincial Office Senior Trade and Industry Development Specialist Merian Asas.

She said that a city-based store will join the DTI initiative thru an in-house discount on identified products at its establishment.

The DTI is encouraging Capiceños to take advantage of the initiative designed to provide a cheaper market of basic commodities, among others.

The caravan seeks to ease the financial burden of the consumers and the same time provide additional or alternative market for manufacturers and producers, especially micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). (JCM/AAL/PIA Capiz)
