The amount includes a P50,910.00 booked order of the expos' cutfoliage display which has become a bestseller of the five-day marketing event.
Aside from cutfoliage, gifts, toys and housewares (GTH) and processed foods also posted high turnout sales despite the bad weather that hindered some customers from visiting the expo.
The recently concluded trade fair has generated more than 38 percent increase in sales due to the increase in the number of exhibitors, from only 30 MSMEs in 2014 to 38 this year, noted a post activity report by the Department of Trade and Industry – Provincial Office.
Based on DTI records, the same activity had sales of P212,725.00 in 2014.
