Roxas City To Host Human Resource Practitioners Gab
ROXAS CITY, Capiz (July 28) -- The Council of Personnel Officers (CPO) in Capiz will host the 3rd Human Resource Management Practitioners (HRMP) Congress on August 23–24.
The congress aims to strengthen partnerships and linkages of the Civil Service Commission (CSC) and other branches as well as instrumentalities of the government through empowered, enabled and revitalized HRMPs.
“It also aims to define the true hospitality of the natives of Capiz,” said an article of the CSC–Capiz Field Office, adding that a concerted effort of all concerned sectors in the province will showcase the best of the place and its people.
CSC Chair Francisco T. Duque III is expected to arrive in the congress.
The province has been chosen by the CSC Regional Office 6 and the Regional Council of Personnel Officers as the first provincial host outside of Iloilo City since the congress was conceptualized during a meeting last May.
The past two congresses were hosted by the Iloilo province.
This year’s HRMP assembly will be participated by several administrative/personnel officers and HRMP of the different offices, agencies, local government units, state universities and colleges and government owned and controlled corporations in the region.
It has the theme, “Leaping Towards Empowered HRMPs.”
