ILOILO City – As the country’s first automated elections were held yesterday, the Department of Energy (DOE) advised the public, particularly government agencies, those from the Department of Education, media practitioners, NGOs, poll watchers and the observers, to judiciously use energy so as not to affect the power supply during the polls.
